These terms cover your use of this website and the AI-visibility services WhiteMouse provides. By using the site or ordering a service, you agree to them.

The services

We run AI-visibility audits (Snapshot, Sightline, Teardown) and an ongoing service (Engine), as described on the site. An audit reports how AI engines currently describe and recommend your brand, with recommendations. It is analysis and advice, not a guarantee of any particular ranking, mention, or business result. AI engines change constantly and are outside our control.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown on the site and may change. Paid work starts once payment (or an agreed invoice) is confirmed. The free Snapshot is provided as-is, with no commitment on either side.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information (your domain, competitors, and any access we need).
• Only ask us to audit sites and brands you are entitled to.

Our work and your data

We handle your data as set out in our Privacy Policy. Deliverables we produce for you are yours once paid for. Our underlying methods, tooling and templates remain ours.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
